Thiru V. Anbuselvan, I.A.S. , Collector and District Magistrate, Cuddalore District belongs to 2009 Batch of Indian Administrative Service. He is an IAS Officer by Selection. He is from Co-operative Department. I.A.S trainee in Villupuram District and after that Sub-Collector Madhurandagam. He served as Chennai Collector just before  joining in this District. He is native of Nadiam Village, Peravurani taluk, Thanjavur District. He graduated M.Com from Madurai Kamaraj University.
