Northeast Manson – 2018 KAJA cyclone crossing between cuddalore – Pamban in related to this,
peoples from low lying areas were put up in sothikuppam middle school as a precautionary measure. Minister Mr. MC. Sambath along with Monitoring officer Mr. Gangandeep sing Bedi I.A.S, and District Collector Mr. Anbuselvan I.A.S inspected this place and distributed food to common publics who stayed there.
